Safe Routes to School

Do you want to help create more safe routes to your kid's school?  If so, then we're looking for you!

Sonoma Valley Cyclists, in association with Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition, is working in concert with the Federal and State Safe Routes to School Programs.  The California Department of Public Health also has a program but the best page to visit for more information is the National Center for Safe Routes to School.

These programs are in place but they can only be effective if we have the proactive support of the parents of the children attending a particular school.
